Hip and Knee Arthritis Workshop
Matt Alheim, PT, co-owner of Repsher Physical Therapy, will be presenting at the Ciccotti Center on hip and knee arthritis.
He’ll cover the causes of joint pain, how arthritis develops, and practical strategies to stay active, reduce pain, and improve mobility. The session will also highlight when physical therapy can help—and when further care may be needed.
